I think song is really cute. The name of it is "Older Sister's Dream". She's singing about wanting to hook-up with a younger man. This caused a mini-sensation in Korean pop culture because there was the revalation that the singer (Hyun Young) is really in her late twenties / early thirties. Previously, she was believed to be much younger than that.
