In New Zealand we call them pot plants, too. Plants in pots? Very simple folk, we are. We also know the movie 'Airplane' by another name, 'Flying High.' Yeah, it's the British English. I remember the first time I heard someone say "pot plants" when I thought they ought to say "potted plants"... hee.
