"South Korea said on Saturday a bird flu outbreak at a poultry farm was caused by the highly virulent H5N1 strain of the virus, in the country's first case for three years of the infection that can kill humans." [article]
I can't even remember the last time I had chicken. Maybe when I was in Waycross this summer? My dislike for cooking meat products makes me essentially a vegetarian. Although I'm kinda cravin' some galbi...
I will be in serious trouble when/if the day should arrive that chicken is no longer a viable option for my meals. It would be a fairly gross understatement to say that chicken is a "staple" of my diet. I eat chicken as a major part of just about every single meal, almost every single day.
The thought of bird flu scares me, both because I don't want to catch bird flu, and because I don't know that I could survive without chicken.
